Looks like Sony is taking advantage of the Spider-Man hype by accelerating the production on their animated film starring Miles Morales.
Previously slated to open during the weekend of December 21, 2018, Sony Pictures has moved the date for its animated Spider-Man film.
Moving further and further away from the Christmas season, currently occupied by Disney’s “Mary Poppins Returns” (starring America’s Sweetheart Lin-Manuel Miranda), it looks to clean up in the holiday animated feature market for 2018.
