After the official cast was revealed at San Diego Comic-Con 2017, it was assumed ‘Ant-Man And The Wasp’ would start filming soon. Well it’s now been officially announced that the much anticipated ‘Ant-Man’ sequel has gone into production.

Marvel Studios announced this via Twitter, with a video showing off the official logo for the film and two tiny chairs featuring the heroes’ names.

Director Peyton Reed also showed tweeted an image announcing that principal photography has begun.

I really enjoyed the first film and with this one being more or less a team-up story featuring to popular characters from the comics, I can’t wait to see what they come up with next.  The original cast is set to return, with new actors joining the team like Michelle Pfeiffer and Lawrence Fishbourne.
