The wait is finally over as Marvel’s Netflix series, ‘The Defenders’ has finally released. It isn’t out of the ordinary for fans to keep a close eye on every scene to try to catch every easter egg possible. The well-known Stan Lee is no stranger when it comes to easter eggs and cameos. He shows up in every movie for a few seconds as fans are always glad to see one of the sole creators involved in the project.

Lee’s cameos are usually easy to spot as he is usually the focus of that scene. That all changes when it comes to the Netflix shows. In all the Marvel series, Lee is portrayed as a police officer in the New York Police Department. His face is seen on posters and plaques in all the shows but it takes a second to notice it due to the events taking place in the scene. In ‘The Defenders’, Matt Murdock is walking through the bustling sidewalk of New York to follow Jessica Jones when you see Lee’s face on what seems to be a bus stop. ‘The Defenders’ is now streaming on Netflix

‘The Defenders’ follows four of Marvel’s biggest heroes who are each working individually but have one common goal in mind — to save New York City. Burdened with their own personal challenges, Matt Murdock (Daredevil), Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Danny Rand (Iron Fist) realize that they likely won’t be able to accomplish their goals working on their own. With that in mind, they form The Defenders, a supergroup that is more equipped to save the Big Apple than if they continued to work on their own.
