Alan Ritchson has been cast as Hawk for DC’s new Titans series. The show is produced by Greg Berlanti, Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Sarah Schechter, and Warner Bros. TV. Titans is slated to premiere in 2018 on DC’s new streaming service.

Hawk (Hank Hall) is apart of the romantic couple Hawk and Dove. They are two completely different heroes, but perfect for each other. Hawk is the aggressive, offensive, hard hitter. Dove is a defensive, elegant, strategist. There have been reports of a Hawk and Dove spin-off coming later on. Minka Kelly has been cast as Dove! The role for Hawk is recurring with a season 2 option to become a regular.

This is not Alan’s first rodeo with DC, as he played Arthur Curry/Aquaman on Smallville. He starred in SyFy’s Blood Drive, and Blue Mountain State. He’s also featured in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
