WONDER WOMAN Will Appear in ‘FLASHPOINT’

Gal Gadot will bring the Amazon warrior to the Flash’s first big screen film.

After rumors swirled in previous months, it sounds like Wonder Woman will indeed appear in the Flashpoint movie. Wonder Woman had a large role in the comic book event, where the Flash created an alternate timeline after stopping his mother’s death. In it, Wonder Woman ruled the Amazons and was at war with Atlantis, led by Aquaman. We can assume she’ll have a similar role in the film as a different version of the character from the main DCEU films, but she is currently to only other Justice League member who will be guest starring.

The film still doesn’t have a director or release date, but it will be after Wonder Woman 2, which is currently scheduled for a 2019 release. Known plot points are few, other than it will star Ezra Miller and take inspiration from the 2011 comic book series of the same name.
