The cast of DC’s new show Titans has been really well received among the fans, with many excited to see the first live adaptations of such classic characters. But arguably the person most excited about the casting is Ryan Potter who will play Beast Boy on the new show. From the moment his casting was announced Potter has shown just how much he is excited to have this role and just how much work he is putting in to get his portrayal of Beast Boy right. Not only has he met with the original voice actor for the character but now it seems Potter has met with Geoff Johns himself to get the character right.

Ryan Potter recently tweeted out a thank you to Johns for meeting with him to talk about all things Beast Boy from green tigers to Doom Patrol. While this is first of all great to see Potter taking his role seriously, it may also give us a hint at a possible appearance of a classic DC team.

Beast Boy made his first appearance in Doom Patrol #90 so it would make sense that the show would feature or at least mention the team in the character’s origin. So given the fact Johns has now mentioned the team by name it makes the possibility of an on-screen appearance all the more believable.
