Bizarro, the dark counterpart of Superman has long been a fan favorite character. And now that Jon Kent has become an integral part of Superman’s current comic arcs, it was only a matter of time before he got his own dark counterpart. It seems that time has now come based on a Twitter update from current Superman artist Patrick Gleason featuring a bizarro version of Superboy.
Bizarro Superboy is true to his namesake and looks just like a twisted Jon Kent from his long hair to his unrolled sleeves. The new character will be featured in Superman comics sometime in early 2018.
But it is important to note that Gleason gave an update on the new character’s name. After a number of fans suggested the name Boyzarro Gleason happily approved the new moniker for Jon Kent’s dark counterpart.
