Iron Fist season 2 is to begin filming shortly and Lady Gorgon is believed to be the villain.

According to CinemaBlend, a casting call has gone out for actors to play a character that sounds like they could be asking for Lady Gorgon:

The speculation stems from a casting call for Iron Fist that looks to add a series regular to the show. The character, who is code-named Tanya Parker, is described as a late 20s freelance covert operative who has carried out many high-level missions. Marvel, who states the casting is open ethnicity, adds that Tanya is adept at blending in and playing whatever part she needs to complete a mission.

That Hashtag Show speculated that Lady Gorgon would play the villain, or at least would be the character described:

Lady Gorgon is a Marvel villain involved with the Hand, the villainous organization from Daredevil season 2, Iron Fist, and The Defenders. She is an assassin and telepath.

Before his second season begins, Danny Rand will also join the Hero of Harlem for Luke Cage season 2. Filming has already begun for the second season.
