UPDATE: Sony has confirmed (via Heroic Hollywood) the following designs for Venom is not for the 2018 film. With that being said, they still look cool so check the original article out.
As the Sony/Marvel film Venom starring Tom Hardy is currently filming, fans have been anxious to see what the super-villain will look like. Now thanks to a creature artist, it seems like the wait may finally be over.
Concept Creature artist Mikkel Frandsen may have seemingly revealed how Tom Hardy’s Venom will look like in the upcoming film set for next year. The Twitter account Atlanta Filming pointed the art out, so props to them for finding it. They only tweeted one picture, while the artist’s website contain more HD stills off the 3D Venom model. Check them out.
Mikkel has a list of work experience on his website, including films such as Justice League, The Predator, and more. The newest one is however an “Unannounced Title (2018)”, which we can assume is next year’s Venom. If this is confirmed to be legitimate, it sure seems like it, then I think fans’ worries about his look will be lessened. Although slightly different than the comic version, it’s very much still in the vain of how crazy his look truly is.
What do you guys think, do you like the design or think it needs some work? Be sure to tweet at SuperBroMovies with your thoughts.
