Today a new piece of concept art has surfaced for Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok. The art features an interesting new look for Hela that helped to shape the character into what we finally saw in the film.
Hela’s concept art comes courtesy of Andy Park, Marvel Studios Visual Development Supervisor and Concept Artist. It features a similar design to what we saw in the film but also has an interesting design for her cape. The motion art shows Hela’s cape flowing up from Asgard itself as if she is drawing her power directly from the realm of the gods.
It’s no doubt this would have been amazing to see on-screen as the visual effects for Thor: Ragnarök were spectacular. So we’re left to wonder how different would the character of Hela been with this visual change.
