Soon after the theatrical release of Justice League, fans have been anxiously waiting for an announcement of some sort of an extended version of it. This mainly has to do with the fact the film is barely 2 hours long, and it was plainly obvious that loads of footage was cut from the film. Well it now seems like an extended cut of the film may make its way into the homes of many as a new listing includes two different versions of film.
The Germany website for Amazon has a listing for the Justice League Blu-Ray that possibly includes the rumored March release date, pricing and a confirmation of an extended cut. Check out the listing in the image below.
Translated from German to English, the site has the film listed with multiple versions; including a “Limited Edition”. This one has the runtime list as 135 minutes, or 2 hours and 15 minutes. This is only 15 minutes longer than the theatrical version but if true, it should add quite a bit more development the film needs.
It was recently speculated that the home release would not contain an extended version due to a leaked Blu-Ray cover, but if there’s a separate Limited Edition this may explain that. This hasn’t been officially confirmed, but the rest of the info does check out so there’s a good chance this will end up being true.
