‘Ant-Man’ is a highly underrated film in the MCU with Paul Rudd playing the hilarious hero. A sequel was announced and has even wrapped filming. A lot of the humor in the film comes from Paul Rudd and his comrades, one of which is Michael Peña who plays Luis.

Peña recently finished up the movie ’12 Strong’ with none other than Thor himself. When asked if he discussed any MCU business with Chris Hemsworth, he stated that the first day on set consisted of that type of conversation. When asked by IGN, he stated:

We talked about it on the first day. It’s a whole different kind of club to be in, the Marvel Universe. I don’t know if they’ll use me for the third movie, I still really don’t know. It’s cool to make a little bit of a mark on that Marvel Universe and it’s kind of a cool club, they run a really cool studio.

Notice he says how he doesn’t know if he’ll be used in the third movie. This could very well mean that a third ‘Ant-Man’ movie is a possibility, making it one of the few MCU films to have a trilogy of films.

Peña will reprise his role as Luis in ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ and even talked about how his character is much more formed by the writers rather than him having some say in how he wants to play Luis. He kept his lips sealed to make sure he didn’t say anything else.

It’ll be interesting to see Scott and Luis’s relationship in ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’. Do you hope to see them make a third movie with Scott Lang taking on the Ant-Man persona? I think it’d be pretty cool. Let us know over at SuperBroMovies!
