This week we saw the release of the newest trailer for the Untitled Deadpool Sequel and if you’re anything like us you havent stopped analyzing it. The trailer not only offered us our first good look at Josh Brolin’s Cable but it also teased many appearances we didn’t see coming. The trailer featured what appeared to be many classic X-Force characters and now thanks to Colossus actor Stefan Kapičić we can confirm these are the characters are legit.

One of the biggest surprises of the trailer was what seemed to be an appearance by Terry Crews in an unknown role, which Kapičić has now confirmed. Many fans also noticed that the character standing behind Crews resembled the X-Force character Shatterstar, which Kapičić has also confirmed,

“That’s not CGI of Terry Crews, that is Terry Crews. You can see it clearly. You can see behind him, Shatterstar, a really cool thing for people to geek out.”

So while we now know that Crews is appearing in the film we just need to figure out who he is playing along with who will be starring as Shatterstar. Along with these two new characters there appeared to be yet another new character behind Domino, but as of now we don’t know who she is.

Along with these character confirmations from Kapičić, Cable star himself Josh Brolin recently confirmed the film will be going through reshoots. Posting a workout video to his Instagram, Brolin stated in his caption that he has to get back in shape for upcoming reshoots. And the star also took the opportunity to take a dig at costar Ryan Reynolds.

There is no indication when the reshoots will take place as of yet but they will have to be soon for the film to meet its May release date. It is also unknown what the film will be reshooting so for now we will have to wait for further updates.
