Tom Holland Says SPIDER-MAN’S Black Suit Has Not Been Considered by Disney

A fan favorite in the world of Spider-Man is the black suit that he acquires with the symbiote. Another fan favorite, is the Iron-Spider suit, which will we finally see on the big screen come the release of Avengers: Infinity War this week. However, we still won’t be seeing the black suit anytime soon.

During his press run for Infinity War, Holland was asked about the suit and if it would ever be seen. Holland stated none of that would happen. Perhaps it’s the studios way of avoiding the bad luck it brought Spider-Man 3? Who knows! Tom Holland specifically said the following on his knowledge over the inclusion of the black suit:

The black suit hasn’t even been a discussion… It hasn’t, not in the Disney studio it hasn’t been discussed… Maybe it will be in the future. We don’t know.

The suit is corruptive in the sense that it brings out a much darker side of Peter Parker, but enhances all his abilities immensely. We may not see Holland dawn this suit anytime soon, but with Venom coming out this year we may see some symbiote action, and maybe a Peter Parker cameo. We’ll just have to wait until October to see.

What are your thoughts on the black suit staying absent in the MCU for now? Would you want to see Tom Holland’s Peter Parker take on that dark persona? Let us know over at SuperBroMovies! In the mean time, soak of the amazingness of the Iron-Spider suit next week! I sure will.
