Tom Holland Improvised THAT Intense Scene in ‘AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR’

With Avengers: Infinity War finishing its first weekend in theaters, people are talking nonstop about a plethora of the scenes they witnessed. With so many of them being just simply so amazing, it’s hard not to go into detail. With that being said, I will try to avoid all spoilers in this article, but just incase, consider this you SPOILER Warning.

We were introduced to Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War, and his innocent young face found its way into everyone’s heart. Being the most comic accurate Spidey we’ve seen, seeing him on the big screen has been a huge privilege. Seeing him in Avengers: Infinity War was crazy, especially seeing him helm the Iron Spider suit, something fans had been anticipating since its reveal at the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming.

The directors of Infinity War are the Russo Brothers themselves. Recently, Joe Russo took part in a Q&A at the University of Iowa where he dropped some very interesting news. This is where it might get a littler spoiler-y so tread carefully.

Toward the end of the film, we are faced with some crazy situations. One of which includes Peter Parker himself. After sneaking his way back onto one of Thanos’ ships, he found himself on Titan with Tony Stark, as well as Nebula, Starlord, and Doctor Strange. Soon, he’s faced with a horrible situation in which Holland’s acting chops were put to the test. Well, he absolutely proved that he does indeed have the skills. During a SUPER intense scene, Joe Russo revealed that Holland actually improvised that WHOLE scene. Russo just gave Holland one direction and let him take it from there. If you know what I’m talking about, then you know that this is pretty neat.

Holland has proved time after time that he plays the perfect Spider-Man, and this is just more proof. I wish I could go more in depth as to what happened, but due to how fresh this movie still is, I would hate to ruin such a pivotal scene. If you’re reading this, you’ve probably seen this, so, what are your thoughts on Holland’s improvisation in that Avengers: Infinity War scene? Let us know over at SuperBroMovies but be sure to keep the spoilers out! – JB Baker
