*Potential spoilers for Deadpool 2 ahead

Don’t expect Ryan Reynolds’ next outing as the Merc with a Mouth to pull any punches. According to MCU Cosmic, superstar celebrity Brad Pitt is set to make a cameo in the upcoming Deadpool 2.

It’s being reported that Pitt will take on the role of Vanisher, who will remain invisible throughout the movie until revealing himself briefly. Vanisher, aka Telford Porter, is a mutant with the ability to teleport himself. At one time it was reported that Pitt was in the running for the role of Cable before it eventually went to Josh Brolin.

The cameo appears to be a brief one, liken it to Matt Damon in Thor: Ragnarok or David Hasselhoff in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. As always it’s important to take rumors with a grain of salt, however, Deadpool 2 has already been screened for audiences meaning this leak could be traced back to that.
