Hello Losers. Look at that clown, now back to me, now back at that clown, now back to me.
The final member of the Losers’ Club has been cast and it’s none other than Old Spice actor Isaiah Mustafa. He will be taking the role of Mike Hanlon in the sequel to last year’s horror hit, It. The sequel will be an adaptation of the second part of Stephen King’s novel of the same name, where we see the now grown members of the Losers’ Club return home to fight Pennywise once again.
Mustafa has been stretching his more serious acting chops in the Freeform show Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments after he finished up his tenure as the Old Spice spokesperson. He has also appeared in other shows such as Chuck, Baby Daddy and NCIS.
The announcement was made by the young Mike Hanlon himself, Chosen Jacobs on Instagram.
He will be joining James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain, Jay Ryan, Bill Hader, James Ransone and Andy Bean as the other members of the older Losers’ Club. Bill Skarsgård will also be returning as Pennywise The Dancing Clown.
