New ‘AQUAMAN’ Stills Show Us King Orm, Mera, James Wan Directing & More

Aquaman is believed to be the movie that can change the game for the DCEU. With a solid director like James Wan, it seems as if they can get this really right this time. We got our first full look at the character in Justice League, which really did him no justice. We still have no trailer for the film, but we do have the next best thing; a bunch of stills.

Entertainment Weekly is always the one to come through with new stills, and they’ve done it again. In these photos we see Curry himself, we see Orm, Black Manta, and even a cool BTS photo of James Wan directing some of the cast. Check them all out below:

The movie already looks amazing. From the wardrobe, to the sets, it looks like we’re in for one heck of a ride. Mera looks amazing, Arthur’s armor looks super cool, and Manta’s helmet looks like it was torn straight out of the comic books. James Wan has teased very recently on his twitter that we would be getting a trailer extremely soon. We’re months away from the films release so any day now you can expect some footage.

In the mean time, we can live off the excitement these stills provide. James Wan really wanted to nail this movie and it looks like he just might have. Be sure to stick around for anymore news regarding Aquaman, and of course the full trailer upon its release. What do you think of the stills that were released?
