UPDATE: It has been revealed the rumored track is indeed from the composer of Captain Marvel, it was created half a year back for another project.
So, unfortunately, the small bit of score isn’t the one we’re looking for. However, if the quality is anywhere near close to it then we’re in for a fantastic score.
Original article: It looks like leaks from Marvel Studios upcoming film Captain Marvel has moved past just set photos. Recently, a pre-track from the film’s score has been leaked online. And if this is legitimate, then the film’s upcoming score may be one of the MCU’s best.
The source of the leak claims that it is from one of the studio writers currently working on pre-tracks for the movie. They went on to state, that during a roster meeting, Pinar Toprak confirmed she is conducting the score. However, some of the studio’s writers have been working on pre-tracks for a few weeks.
The track which you can listen to above sounds great and bodes well for the upcoming film’s score. And hopefully, we will be able to see the music in action when footage from the film is released.
