Back in November, we reported that Frank Grillo would be reprising his role as Crossbones in the highly anticipated 4th Avengers film next year. Since then, Grillo has only kept the spark alive with his constant talk of his love for Marvel and his desire to bring the character back from his apparent death in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War.
Recently, Grillos posted a picture of his official Crossbones action figure with a rather curious hashtag in the caption. Take a look for yourself below:
While Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo are constant teased for this MCU leaks, Grillo sis not doing anybody at Marvel Studios trying to keep the resurrection of Crossbones a secret any favors. Another thing to note from his recent Instagram post is the action figure sin the background. Among them are T’Challa, Okoye, Proxima Midnight, and The Mad Titan himself, Thanos.
While it is still not clear as to what role Crossbones will play in still-untitled fourth Avengers film, it is clear that he is very much looking forward to mixing it up with the movers and shakers of the present day MCU.
