One of the best things about Spider-Man movies is seeing our favorite hero swing through New York. Sadly, though, Spider-Man: Far From Home likely won’t have a scene like this. Instead, Peter Parker will be taking his web swinging skills to London (something that was teased in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 before the death of his love interest and that franchise). We now have our first set video of Tom Holland as Peter Parker on one of those London rooftops, perhaps getting ready for a big, cinematic swing.
While there’s not much to pull from this low-res video, we can see that Peter will likely be spending some time alone on a rooftop as he tends to do. Could he be practicing his Spidey skills late at night or observing the city for any British crime?
We still don’t know exactly what role Spider-Man will have in London, but chances are, he won’t stay in the shadows when evil inevitably strikes. If Mysterio is going to be the villain of the film, then he should make for some exciting action sequences with the London backdrop.
Spider-Man: Far Frome Home swings into theaters on July 5th, 2019.
