While filming for the pilot of HBO’s new Watchmen series has wrapped, it seems we still have new set photos surfacing. The series is set to tackle the world of Watchmen in the present day seeing how the events of the comic affected history. As of now, not much else is known about the series but we do know some information thanks to recent leaks from the set.

The newest leaked set photos don’t offer much information about the series plot but it does give us some hint of what to expect. It is not explicit whether these photos are from a modern day set or some time in the past. However, based on the presence of the KKK I’m thinking it is set sometime in the past. And the fact there are no other markers spotted on the present day set photos it further suggests this is a flashback scene.

Hopefully, we will get more information about the series, perhaps at San Diego Comic-Con, so we can figure out what to expect from the show. As of now, we do have a rather sizable cast but no roles have been confirmed officially, so as more information about the show does become available, stay tuned to SuperBroMovies for updates.
