It seems that Marvel’s next blockbuster starring everyone’s favorite Web-Slinger has added yet another name to its cast. It has just been reported that Turkish-born actor Numan Acar will join Spider-Man: Far From Home. The upcoming film with be Tom Holland’s second solo outing as Spider-Man and based on what we know, you won’t want to miss it.
According to Deadline, Acar’s role is currently unknown but his character’s name is Dimitri. Fans of Spider-Man will remember that Dmitri Smerdyakov is the name of The Chameleon, a fan favorite character. While this is no confirmation that Acar is playing The Chameleon it wouldn’t be too strange for him to appear in the film given the films seem to be building towards the Sinister Six.
The film is set to feature Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, J.B. Smooth, and potentially Jake Gyllenhaal as the film’s main villain Mysterio.
As of now not much else is known other than Peter will be traveling to Europe on vacation with his friends, so be sure to stay tuned to SuperBroMovies for any updates.
