Cassie Lang Gets Her Own Suit In ‘ANT-MAN AND THE WASP’ Concept Art

Ant-Man and the Wasp heavily foreshadowed and hinted that Cassie Lang would one day be suiting up with shrinking powers of her own. She stated numerous times in the film that she wanted to be a crime-fighting partner with her father as well as getting her own costume to help others. Fans have speculated that Cassie will soon take the mantle of Stinger or Stature in Avengers 4 considering an older, teenage actress has been cast to play her in that movie. Cassie Lang in full costume is something we will inevitably be getting in the future, but we could’ve gotten it much sooner.

Some newly released concept art from Ant-Man and the Wasp reveals Cassie Lang with a suit of her own playing with her father, Scott.

The suit probably isn’t meant for crime-fighting purposes, more so for family fun time with her father while he was on house arrest. We did see Scott and Cassie playing with an elaborate set up in his house, but they were normal sized. In the context of the story, it wouldn’t have made sense for Cassie to have a suit of her own with Scott not being on speaking terms with Hank and Hope. Still, it’s interesting to see what could have been, and what is obviously foreshadowing to her future as an ant (or giant) sized crime fighter.

Some other concept art shows Cassie and Scott playing with his shrinking powers in other ways.
