Earlier today, the official New York Comic Con (NYCC) Twitter account revealed a Hellboy panel will be featured on Saturday, October 6th.

The panel will feature David Harbour (Hellboy), Sasha Lane, Daniel Dae Kim, Ian McShane, and Mike Mignola (creator of the comics and writer for the movie).  David Harbour wrapped filming in December 2017 and the theatrical release is in January 2019, so in terms of timing, a trailer releasing in October makes sense.

The film is a reboot of the franchise. Guillermo del Toro wrote and directed 2004’s Hellboy and 2008’s Hellboy II: The Golden Army starring Ron Perlman as Hellboy.

There is little known about the upcoming film besides the official look at Harbour as Hellboy and the set photos.
