Patrick Stewart is in the final steps to being cast as Bosley in the upcoming Charlie’s Angels movie that will be directed by Elizabeth Banks. A weird twist however, is that Banks will also be playing Bosley in the film.

The film stars Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska in the titular role of the three agents, with Banks and Stewart set to play Bosley. Following the theme of the previous TV series, and movies, the detective agency is now known as Townsend Agency. This Townsend Agency is international and provides security and intelligence. The focus on the movie will be about this new agency, as well as the next generation of Angels.

Bosley is the mysterious head of the agency that hasn’t been seen, and now there’s two actors set to play the character. This will be Stewart’s only credit, but not only is Banks playing Bosley, she’s also one of the writers, producers, and the sole director of the film.
