It seems Erik Killmonger will be reincarnated after all.
Variety has reported that Paramount Pictures has officially cast Michael B. Jordan to star as John Clark in a new film series based on Tom Clancy’s novels titled “Rainbow Six” and “Without Remorse”. Both books feature John Clark as the leading character.
The upcoming franchise will be primarily produced by current Transformers universe head Akiva Goldsman, alongside Jordan, Josh Appelbaum, and Andre Nemec. Paramount remains on the hunt for the series’ writers and director.
This marks Jordan’s third major role in a film franchise, after massive hits like Black Panther and Creed. The upcoming sequel Creed II is slated to release in late November this year.
