Ever since the release of Avengers: Infinity War fans have been clamoring to know the title of Avengers 4. Everyone at Marvel has been very tight-lipped about the title of the epic cinematic event but it seems it may have finally been revealed. Based on a new report Avengers 4 will be titled Avengers: Annihilation.
According to MCU Cosmic, this will be the title to the conclusion of Avengers: Infinity War. Which is a fitting end following the events of the film as Thanos snap annihilated half of the known universe. The news comes from a trusted source and may also coincide with the teaser image released some time ag by the Russo Brother’s.
Many have searched the picture for any clues but this may be it as it seems two A’s are flanking Joe Russo, one for each initial of the title.
And while Annihilation was an event from the comics it was not specifically an Avengers story. Rather it was a cosmic event for the entire Marvel Universe. Which is rather fitting given this film will be an event that will be the culmination of the MCU as we know it.
