Lionsgate brought the upcoming Hellboy reboot to NYCC earlier this month. They debuted a trailer for the project but decided against releasing it online. Well, someone in the audience during the panel took it upon themselves to record the trailer and share it online.

This footage gives us our first look at David Harbour’s Hellboy in action. He’s joined by Milla Jovovich’s Blood Queen, who is revealed to be a formidable opponent from the looks of it.

Recently, the release date for the film was pushed back from January to April of next year. So it’ll be a little longer until fans can get another live-action look at Hellboy.

The cast of Hellboy includes David Harbour, Milla Jovovich, Ian McShane, Sasha Lane, and Daniel Dae Kim. Game of Thrones director Neil Marshall is helming the project.

Based on the graphic novels by Mike Mignola, Hellboy, caught between the worlds of the supernatural and human, battles an ancient sorceress bent on revenge.

Hellboy is set to release on April 12th, 2019.
