Jaime Reyes has been growing in popularity for a quite awhile and fans have been clamoring to see him on the big screen. Now that’s finally a possibility as DC is said to be developing a Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle movie. Today The Wrap is reporting that writer Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer is set to pen the script for the studio and Zev Forman will be producing.
This will be the first Latino lead Superhero film and this should come to no surprise as fans are really taking to the character. Many prefer this iteration to the other two blue beetles, Ted Kord and Dan Garret.
