RUMOR: ‘DOOM PATROL’ Has Been Renewed For Season 2

A day after getting our first look at the upcoming DC Universe series, Doom Patrol, a new rumor claims that the show has been renewed for a second season ahead of its release in February.

According to FandomWire, Doom Patrol has been picked up for Season 2, with production set to start sometime in 2019. Though not confirmed by Warner Bros., the report claims that an official announcement should be expected soon.

Renewing a series is nothing new for DC Universe, Season 2 of Titans was announced at New York Comic Con before the series premiere earlier this year. It’s safe to assume that most, if not all, of the live-action original series on the streaming service are set to be picked up for multiple seasons.

Doom Patrol will join Titans, Young Justice: Outsiders, Stargirl, and Swamp Thing as original series set to debut on DC Universe.
