After an abrupt exit from his character in Avengers: Infinity War, Benedict Wong discussed his experience while shooting the film’s sequel, Endgame.
In an interview with Collider, Wong revealed that while shooting the next Avengers film, he was filming another Russo Brothers project, Deadly Class. The actor went in-depth into the logistics of working on both projects simultaneously:
Yeah there was a time when I was doing Avengers 4. Normally it would be a logistical nightmare with the hair and negotiating that, but it’s great. I’m grateful to be on a double Russo Brothers production. It was streamlined.
Wong went on to divulge that his hair became an issue during production, leading to him having to wear a wig on the Endgame set:
Yeah, it did. They made a very expensive silicon wig [for Wong in Avengers: Endgame] that they glued on because they wanted to keep me with hair more for Lin.
