Speculation around Jude Law’s character in the upcoming Captain Marvel is no more, according to MCU Cosmic.
The official Marvel.com website revealed that Jude Law will be playing the anticipated Marv-Vell, a most likely mentor figure to Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel.
Since then, Marvel has since removed the revealing caption from its website. However, a previous Funko! Pop leak that Jude Law’s character was to be Yon-Rogg. Speculation by MCU Cosmic states that this could be a cover persona for the character, later revealing his true identity as Mar-Vell. It could also be speculated that this Yon-Rogg/Mar-Vell character could have a hand in being the true villain behind the scenes to Captain Marvell.
