Jake Kasdan will also be returning to the director’s chair for the sequel. It is unknown what the plot of the film will be as Sony is keeping Awkwafina’s role being kept under wraps, but it is rumored that she will be playing a “key” and “significant” role.
Rapper-turned-actress Awkwafina is looking to build on a big 2018 after appearing in the popular hits, Crazy Rich Asians and Ocean’s 8.
