The Producers Of ‘A QUIET PLACE’ Announce A ‘TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES’ Reboot

It’s no secret that 2014’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and its eventual sequel were not well received by most. So it comes as no surprise that it has just been revealed Paramount is rebooting the franchise. It seems the producers of A Quiet Place are gearing up to begin production on the reboot later this year.

During an interview before the Critics Choice Awards the producers of A Quiet Place, Bradley Fuller and Andrew Form, revealed they are beginning work on the reboot. As of now, not much is planned as they have not started casting or thought of a director. But it is interesting to see Paramount is still interested in exploring a TMNT film.

Hopefully, this new franchise will hold up better than its predecessor. The previous films are mostly thought of as critical and financial failures. Which makes the news of a reboot not too surprising as the studio most likely hopes to distance themselves from it.
