The mystery may have been solved. According to a new report, Keanu Reeves’ character in Toy Story 4 has been revealed.

This story comes from us via Brandon Katz at Observer, who claims that Reeves will be playing a new toy named Duke Kaboom, who joins the fray after escaping a place where discontinued toys are held. Kaboom is recruited to retrieve Bo Peep’s sheep, which was stolen from her at some point in the movie.

If this information is indeed accurate, which we are inclined to believe it is, Reeves will be playing another badass mercenary type character, which has been his M-O for the last few years. From John Wick to 47 Ronin, the veteran actor has quickly made himself a staple of the action genre, which is something he will likely draw from when voicing Kaboom.

Earlier this week, we revealed story details for Toy Story 4 that teased this adventure being the last for our favorite group of toys. It appears the gang will have had enough of the outside world after their upcoming road trip teaches them what it really means to be a toy.
