The Marvel Comics adaptation of one of the most powerful mutant is likely to wrap up following season 3. Today, at the Television Critics Association press tour, John Landgraf, CEO, FX Networks revealed that the FX Series Legion will be returning for its third and final season this summer.

The series follows Dan Steven’s David Haller who believes himself to be just schizophrenic only to discover later that he maybe the most powerful mutant that the world has ever seen. In comics he is an omega level mutant with different powers associated with each personality which typically ranges from telepathy to time travel.

After the nerve wracking season finale of the previous season and David Haller getting his iconic comic look, I do want to know what FX is storing for us in the upcoming season. Honestly, depicting time travel can be messy but Legion does it gracefully and after the big revelation by Rachel Keller in the season finale has hyped me since months.
