Fresh off the news of an Aquaman spinoff, The Trench, there is now more regarding the sequel itself! Jason Momoa made waves in the box office with his portrayal as Arthur Curry/Aquaman bringing in over $1 billion! So what’s next for him?

As one should assume, a sequel is most definitely in the works but that was all the news we had for awhile. However, we now know that David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick has been brought on to write the script! Being a friend of James Wan’s, he was also brought on to co-write the first films script so it should come as no surprise that he is returning. This time he seems to be working solo though.
