This policy explains what information SuperBroMovies (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit superbromovies.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Comments. When you comment we collect the name, email address and comment you enter, plus your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. Your email address is never shown publicly.
- Contact form. Messages sent through our contact form (name, email, message) are delivered to us by email and used only to reply to you.
- Newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address, plus the date and IP address of your signup and confirmation (see “Newsletter” below).
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance.
- Cookies. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies as described below.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used, through a consent message provided by Google.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you consent. You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
You can change your cookie choices at any time with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.
Newsletter
The SuperBroMovies Weekly is a free email sent once a week with our latest articles. We only add you after you click the link in the confirmation email we send when you sign up (double opt-in), and we use your email address only to send you the newsletter. We never sell or share it with advertisers.
We run the newsletter with MailPoet, a WordPress plugin by Automattic Inc., which also delivers the emails on our behalf. Your email address, signup and confirmation details are stored in our website’s database and processed by MailPoet to send each issue. MailPoet records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can see which stories you care about. It does not set any cookies on our website for this.
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to manage your subscription. When you unsubscribe we stop sending you email right away. We keep the address marked as unsubscribed so you are never re-added by mistake, and you can ask us to delete it completely through our contact page.
Embedded content
Articles may include embedded content such as YouTube trailers or social media posts. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you visited the other website, and those sites may collect data about you under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so follow-up comments can be approved automatically. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, use our contact page.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
