As we know Avengers: Infinity War will see many of our favorite heroes suiting up in new and exciting costumes from Captain America to Spider-Man. But another hero whose new suit has been of great interest to us is Thor. And now thanks to the official release of Hot Toys new Avengers: Infinity War Thor figure we have confirmed our theory about his new suit.

Awhile back our site speculated that Thor’s new suit would see the return of his cape which he lost in Thor: Ragnarok. At the time we had only seen Thor in his new black armor without a cape during the end credits scene of his solo film. But now the newest Hot Toy has revealed the cape is back.

As you can see this is the same suit Chris Hemsworth wore in the Marvel Studios Variety photo shoot. At the time many had assumed that this was just an amalgamation of his past suits but it seems Marvel had hidden his Infinity War armor in plain sight.

The new figure also revealed a great look at Thor’s new weapon, Stormbreaker, and further suggests the eye patch is here to stay. It also gave us a great look at the new Rocket figure and an armed Groot.
