Halle Berry is like a franchise bouncey ball. Whether it’s Kingsman, X-Men or James Bond, she effortlessly bounces in and out of whatever world she’s given. She can now add John Wick and his gritty world of assassins to that list. The first look at her character “Sofia” in John Wick: Chapter 3 has just been released by the film’s official twitter account.
As you can see from the official image above, she already knows how to blend in to this world of suave assassins and cute dogs. If this third outing is anything like the first entry, I wouldn’t get to attached to either of those dogs if I were you. Having been cast in the role two weeks ago as the female lead, not much has been given of her character. It looks like she may be one of the top-level assassins hunting John after he was excommunicado.
Along with the first image of Berry comes news that the film has added LA Clippers center Boban Marjanović. No information has been given regarding who he might be playing or to what extent but, given his size, it could lead to some trouble for Mr. Wick.
