Over the last year, fans of DC Comics and media have been eagerly waiting for their chance to log on to the highly anticipated launch of the DC Universe, a members-only streaming service that gives access to thousands comics, movies and TV shows from the 84-year catalog of one of the oldest and largest superhero companies in the world.
Finally, since September 15, fans have been able to enjoy this unique brand of entertainment on cell phones, tablets, laptops, and TV screens and one of the streaming service’s biggest selling points have been the original content debuting exclusively via the app. Among shows like Doom Patrol, and Swamp Thing coming to the service, Titans has already debuted its first two episodes on the service and has been met with fairly positive reviews from fans and critics alike.
SuperBroMovies can now confirm just how long the first season of the darker-in-tone live-action adaptation of the Teen Titans will run. According to writer DanielRPK, the first season of Titans will have 11 episodes and its finale will premiere on December 21st.
This is exciting news because fans of the Marvel Netflix series can attest, a lot of ground can be covered in a shorter season without running the risk of viewers becoming fatigued or uninterested in the show.
Along with the confirmation of the length of the already-renewed-for-a-second-season Titans, we are also to confirm that the third season of the highly anticipated animated series Young Justice will debut on December 28th. Longtime fans of the series have been extremely vocal about the show making a return following its cancellation back in 2013 so finally having a set date is sure to serve as a breath of relief for them.
